27 Sept. 1807–1856. Born in Washington Co., Vermont. Daughter of Joseph Pendleton and Betsey Riley. Married first William Morgan, 7 Oct. 1819, in Washington Co., Virginia. Moved to Canada, 1821. Moved to Rochester, Monroe Co., New York. Husband was allegedly kidnapped and presumed murdered, 1826. Married second George W. Harris, 24 Nov. 1830, in Batavia, Genesee Co., New York. Moved to Terre Haute, Vigo Co., Indiana, by 1834. Baptized into Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, fall 1834, in Terre Haute. Moved to Far West, Caldwell Co., Missouri, by 1838. JS and family stayed with her family in Far West, 14 Mar. 1838. Moved to Quincy, Adams Co., Illinois, by 8 May 1839. Resided in fourth ward of Nauvoo, Hancock Co., Illinois, ca. 1842. Identified in some sources as a plural wife of JS. Separated from second husband, by 1853. Died in Memphis, Shelby Co., Tennessee.
